Lisa Millett and Joelle Higby’s suppression of evidence from A.R.S. § 13-3620 mandatory reporters of child abuse, parents, and neighbors in the community, is an intentional violation of the Arizona Rules of Juvenile and Civil Procedure, and suppression of this evidence by these perpetrators is a violation of the a parent's 5th and 14th Amendment due process rights, and an intentional violation of Michael Robertson's civil rights.

 At the time of placement, the father was adamant that Michael Bacolas Jr., a known pedophile to his family and friends, not have any contact with his little children. 

  As a sick twist of fate, in 2009, Michael's step-daughter, Kalin Wynn, was brutally raped by registered sex offender, Phillip Menting, now serving a 35 year sentence in Arizona for that crime.

 "To concoct a story that I dismembered and raped children based on my past family tragedies is a disgusting display of depravity by DCS...all done to avoid a pay out in a civil rights lawsuit. Sever a parent's rights to his own children to protect DCS case managers from a lawsuit...wow...unbelievable!" 

 Under the influence of drugs and alcohol, Ed Stoffers lamented about accusations made by his own ex-wife that he had molested his own daughter and had no contact with that family. It was later learned that Ed Stoffers was charged in California for sex with underage minors.

 The aggrieved parent has a companion lawsuit against the DCS government officials in US District Court for $29M, waiting final screening before service.
